What you have is a browser hijacker, which is redirecting your browser to their website. Their goal is for you to download their fake software and install it and destroy your computer.
What you have to do is remove the browser hijacker. However, when you remove it, it may be recreated by a trojan in your computer. Therefore, you must first remove the trojan and then remove the browser hijacker. A program called hijackthis will help you remove the browser hijacker, however, it is tricky to use so I would make sure to read up more about it.
