File was located at c:\users\username\AppData\Roaming\palladium.exe (was a hidden file)

Also had to remove registry entry. You can do a find in the regedit program for palladium and then delete any entries found.

I believe there were other applications installed with this, but Kapersky antivirus was catching them on a reboot and deleting them
