copy and paste this in NOTEPAD(if it doesnt allow you to open notepad, go to startmenu type run, and in run type command and enter) and in tht type notepad)
save this notepad file as fix.inf on desktop… make sure u select all files instead of .txt file … and thn after saving it, right click and install… and restart computer…. if it doesnt wrk thn disable UAC and do it.

Dont listen to KUMMAR PANDA, it just messes up your .exe open command and will prevent you from opening any .exe files

I got rid of Vista 2016 by stopping the process and then restoring the system to a point five days prior. It is very pervasive and you may have to stop the process every step of the way, but it worked for me.
