Help! I have this… it pops up every time I start my computer as if I had deleted the file asking me to restore.

Open the “Run” window. On Vista it is windows key + R. Then type in the location of the virus: c:\RESTORE\k-1-3542-4232123213-7676767-8888886 .

A window will pop up showing the location on the hard drive. Delete the file.

Not sure if this would actually work. It might still be there after you restart the computer.

The Spyware Doctor on this site did not find devrgm.exe and neither did my other programs, but it still appears on my screen every time I reboot the computer. The Spyware Doctor “finds” all sorts of other things and you of course need to purchase the full program before you can remove them. The file also doesn’t appear in the Recycling Bin despite that being its location, so the advice to use “Run” and then delete doesn’t work either.
