BAD infection. Task manager won’t work. Had to do work around to install process explorer but the virus blocks the “kill process” action. Can’t find the virus registry entries in safe mode. Virus blocks download of recommended removal software. Help.

if you purchased it with a credit card then call the number on the back and dispute the charge as a fraudulent service.
