If you are unable to run the removal tool, or are unable to run any programs in general, you may need to stop the processes associated with Ultra Defragger with task manager. If task manager has been blocked by Ultra Defragger, try using Process Explorer.

When attepting to open a program, Ultra Defragger will generally display “a hard drive error occurred while starting the application” and block the application from starting. Please help!! I turned my computer on and this ultra defragger was on the screen, I powered the PC on and off, when I turned it back on it would not do anything, all I have is a cursor in the top left hand corner. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Bob
