Antivirus .NET, which is also known as Antivirus.NET, is a fake antivirus program. Antivirus .NET is generally installed through the use of a trojan horse, which is generally downloaded while browsing the internet. Antivirus .NET will block all applications unless the file name of the executable of the application is iexplore.exe or firefox.exe since Antivirus .NET doesn’t block Internet Explorer or Firefox.

If you are unable to run the removal tool, or are unable to run any programs in general, you may need to stop the processes associated with Antivirus .NET with task manager. If task manager has been blocked by Antivirus .NET, try using Process Explorer. If Antivirus .NET blocks Process Explorer, rename Process Explorer to iexplore.exe or firefox.exe. Another method to open task manager is to restart the computer and attempt to open task manager before Antivirus .NET loads so that Antivirus .NET can’t block task manager.

Antivirus .NET generally displays the following warning when opening an application -

“Security Warning
Application cannot be executed. The file [filename].exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software?”

It is recommended to use safe mode when removing the virus because Antivirus .NET will generally not be able to load in safe mode. To enter safe mode, restart the computer and press F8 multiple times before the Windows screen to bring up the boot options.

I am positive I’ve got this virus in my computer. It will not load at all. In safe mode it displays “multi(0)disk(0)rsdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\amdagp.sys and during normal start conditions it shows the windows start page but goes no further. What do I do? Help!

@ Danver Zamora:
you should leave the AVG, it sucks. i dont think its gonna remove Antivirus.Net spyware from your pc. you should remove it manually or use Malware Bytes or some other anti-malware program
good luck
