None of the above worked for me. Here is what worked:
1. download dellater.exe
2. place it in C drive
3. go to start and type the following in the run box: c:\dellater.exe %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\wpmytg.exe
4. hit enter
5. you should get a message saying something about this file will be marked for deletion and will be deleted upon reboot
6. reboot
7. it will be deleted
8. download ccleaner
9. use it to remove registry entries
10. run antivirus program and spyware program to remove other remnants
