This is caused by a simple cookie which loads and runs the site. Cookie is located in MS IE and includes the URL for liveantiviruspccheck.com
If you haven’t run their virus, simply delete the cookies to stop this behavior (Internet Options, General,Browsing History, Delete. Also a good idea to increase cookie security, accept all is not a good idea. Firefox is nice, you can make it ask you.

The Cookie security has been disabled to Accept All Cookies and something is blocking any change when I raise the bar to Medium or Medium High or even Default. The setting is kicked back to Accept All Cookies.

What do i do?
