comment eleminer les virus de mon ordinateurs sachant qu’ils ont stopé tout accès à toute application

I just got finished dealing with this virus and I’d like to note that the process placed a “setup” icon on my desktop. When I checked the properties, I could see the link to the virus files. Wouldn’t allow delete. Ended “freddy**” process in Task Manager and then was able to delete file. Then ran Avast from boot and purged the slime!

Can you confirm I am looking into the correct virus on LD11: My scan came up with a virus worm
located:C\User\Name\AppData\Local\Virtual Store\Windows\ vkl_1250407270*”*Virus identified Windows Generic_r.GE*” “Moved to virus vault” (I stopped a process or deleted a change to a file I changed today and it finally let me remove this one…but I still have the worm listed below.
unresolved:
C\User\Name\AppData\local\Microsoft\windows\temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\NCXYNF36\pp.11{1}.exe” Virus Identified Worm Generic-r.GE*; *infected*

C:Windows\srpiral1250396138.eXE”; *Trojan horse PSW.Ldpinch.11.AS*; *infected*
Then it stated the same error again: C:Windows\srpiral1250396138.eXE”; *Trojan horse PSW.Ldpinch.11.AS*; *infected*

Can you please tell me if the Ld11.exe is the same virus as discussed on this form? We have Window’s 8 and it happened from a video my mother sent me via Facebook…I am trying to get this corrected before my husband finds out but I just need to know which virus I need to research. The Koobface options were not shown on my computer as listed under process or my C drive. Thanks for your help!
