If task manager has been blocked by Smart Engine, try using Process Explorer. If Smart Engine blocks Process Explorer, rename Process Explorer to iexplore.exe or firefox.exe. I have the smart engine virus. I do I rename the anti-virus program I purchased to iexplorer.exe when I can’t download and open it? Thanks!
