Userinit.exe is a legit Microsoft Winlogon file THAT CAN BE appended by a virus or trojan to self execute at Windows startup.

Check if userinit > ~40kbytes.

You just cannot remove the file as it will come back because its whitelisted by Windows. You need to remove the virus/trojan IN the file.
